GlobalCCU Forum FULL PASS includes:

  • Learning activities and networking moments carefully prepared by Univencis GlobalCCU team, experts and our Partners: Forum opening, Hamburger University - behind the scenes, Artificial Intelligence’s value in Learning and Development session, the 2019 GlobalCCU Awards blended ceremony and Award Winners Powwow, the GlobalCCU live Benchmarking tours at Hamburger University, Academia Santander and UniBRAD Bradesco, the collaborative learning session and the Forum Closing.

The GlobalCCU Forum is open to Corporate Education professionals and not to learning providers and consultants, except to our Partners. The registration fees are applicable and cannot be negotiated. In each package, prices cannot be separated. Accommodation and related travel expenses are not included.


Cancellation must be notified in writing (letter or email).


Before April 25, 2019: refund of 50% of the GlobalCCU Forum registrations fees.
After April 25, 2019: no refund. No registration fees will be refunded in the case that a speaker is cancelled or substituted.


Registration substitution will be authorized until April 25, 2019. An administration fee of €50 (VAT excl.) will be charged per change.


Registrations are not valid until payment has been received. Payment is due to SAS Univencis: Bank Transfer. If you want to pay per by Credit Card, the online payment solution is Paypal. Please note there will be a 5% charge to use Paypal. Bank charges and change costs must be made at the sender’s expense. Registrations without payment will not be processed. All payments must be processed by 6 May 2019.


As a participant in the GlobalCCU Forum you have (if you are a tax-registered company/ organisation in your home country) the possibility to recover 100% of the VAT paid on certain types of expenses occurred.

As the Award Ceremony will be held in the morning (due to the global nature of the contest) we suggest that the usual black tie and cocktail dress will not be suitable on this occasion. However, we encourage the winners and those on stage to wear either their national dress or smart attire. Dress code for other attendees and for the 2019 GlobalCCU Forum: semi-formal.


GlobalCCU forum’s policy is to have no-smoking meetings; smoking is forbidden during the ceremony and all activities, including bus transfers. In particular, please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the Forum premises, including in the areas where the coffee-breaks will be served.
